RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of receipt.
Please email us: returns@licorice-kids.co.uk stating order number, item you wish to return and reason for return.
Please ensure that any item you return is unworn and in it’s original condition. se include a copy of your reciept stating your reason for the return and whether you ire an exchange or refund.
We recommend that all returns are sent back to us by recorded delivery as we cannot accept onsibitlity for items lost in transit. We cannot refund the cost of returning good unless are damaged or faulty.
We will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days and will endeavour to do as quickly as possible.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All confidential information , including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights under Law of England.
